What is the Difference between Corporate Quarters Furnished Apartment Accommodations and Extended Stay Hotels?

Our apartment homes are located within residential communities and are much more spacious and cost-effective than a hotel.

Are Pets Welcome?

 Yes, we welcome your four-legged friends! Because our furnished apartment homes are within residential apartment communities, some amenities may include Bark Parks or Pet Spas. Please contact us about breed restrictions, pet fees, rents, deposits or pet limits, as each community has different rules and regulations.

Is There a Minimum Length of Stay?

Corporate Quarters usually requires a 30-day minimum stay.

How Much Notice is Needed When We Leave?

For stays of 30 days or more in the Knoxville area a 15-day written notice to vacate is required. For stays outside of Knoxville a 30-day written notice to vacate is required.

How Do I Pay?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express. If you are an employer, we can set up direct billing for your convenience with approved credit.

Do You Charge Tax?

Yes, for any length of stay less than 90 days – we are required by the state to charge sales tax. Stays less than 30 days require sales tax and hotel tax.

What is Included in The Furnished Apartment Home?

Our fully furnished apartment homes are completely set up and ready for your arrival. This includes stylish furniture and housewares, 50” smart TV in the living room, all utilities included, washer and dryer, basic cable and fast wi-fi, and cozy bed and bath linens. What if I Need Maid Service, Extra Cable Channels, or Additional Services?

Whatever you need to make your stay more enjoyable, Corporate Quarters will strive to accommodate. Maid Services, additional cable channels, or furniture changes will require an additional charge; however, we can accommodate all of these things. If other items are needed that are not included with our standard inventory, please let our team know!
